I am a regular there and so was my daughter, well not anymore. Always get a gel manicure and pedicure. They get packed so they rush thru the service and end up doing a horrible job. When I mean horrible to point you are getting cut. Also not putting the gel on right and start to peel off the next day. Also gel manicures are more expensive because of the extra steps, well, they started to charge an extra $5, to remove the gel. I have read that should be included. Very mediocre. They are fine for regular single color nail polish but they can’t do gel manicures or nail art. I’ve tried to get gel nail art there twice both times it was done sloppily and they up-charged me for every tiny thing. The first time I got rhinestone bows which they charged m $5 each for bow, even though I know for a fact they charged someone else $5 extra total, I didn’t argue over such a small amount.
