rats, mice, hot no lights very filthy do not rent from this place I pay $140 a month for climate control. The air condition has been out for about 4 1/2 to 5 months and it’s not the first time. They always tell me they’re working with a local vendor to fix the problem or they’re waiting for parts. My air conditioner is broken at my home. Very quick and if any problems imitated help i got .
I can't tell what is going on with this place but it seems to have taken a bad turn. Family has used this place and reviews looked good but arrival showed different. I got a climate control unit and when I arrived, I drove around and noticed a massive looking sink hole. Got around it and back to the front door. The building was HOT inside and there was trash and other junk all over the floor. I was supposed to get a free pad lock and it wasn't there. Not only that, it was locked with a built in lock. I’ve been with Top Storage since day one of them coming to Walker and have not had any complaints! Fast responsive customer service when I needed help and the staff is very knowledgeable about what they are doing. With great prices, safe well lit gated facilities, and ease of storage, I couldn’t imagine storing my personal belongings anywhere else!
