Dude rocks! I rented a unit early in the morning and he hooked me up! I made a mistake on the insurance and he had it fixed in no time at all. Smoking!
I like this place. I love how they communicate with you. I would lIke to have more lighting and more access entries. I'm kin of in the middle so 8 have t9 go to back or front to gain entry. Other than that im happy with what I have.
This Lady has been so helpful for me since day one. I didn't actually get the storage units the first time that I spoke with her, so when I called back the next time I asked for her personally, but I think that she was off of work. I purchased the 2 units anyway and then today I called again and was surprised to hear her voice. She is very polite and professional and I will refer her to anyone that i know in order to purchase their storage unit with Top Storage. It's actually nice to be able to talk to a polite human being.
I have been calling for 3 months trying to get the NO AC NO ELECTRIC addressed. I have requested to speak to MGT about 5-6 times now. NO ONE returns a call. Just today I was told the director of operations had mouth surgery and couldn't talk. But they have gotten their money every month. I am paying for climate control and not getting it. The entire place has ZERO electricity no security. There website is false advertising all these things they are not providing. Needed a storage unit short notice for my daughter’s sweet 16 surprise. Literally 5 minutes before they close I was able to get someone on the phone and we did everything over the phone quick and easy and before you know it I was pulling the car into the unit. They even let me made sure it would fit in the unit before charging my card so I thought that was pretty cool of them. I’m definitely using them again as soon as I need another storage unit.
