Alex was very nice in very helpful.
I was having difficulty getting my payment made for July, so I called to speak to a person. I spoke to Alex, explained my situation, so she offered her assistance. After speaking to her to let her know what I needed help with, she was very helpful and made sure I got my receipts for payment. I have spoken with Alex in the past and she is always very professional.
Simple, personal on the phone was very helpful and easy to work with.
Great experience and good storage facility.
