Ok, last review was premature…. Carol was amazing- listened to all my comments and took my suggestions seriously, always looking to improve their design. They offered to make and send a replacement immediately, and were super helpful. (The vinyl weight is fine, now that I’m used to it, was comparing it to an old screen wall we had…) Customer service excellence!!!
Jane was super helpful in helping me order our screen wall for our toy hauler trailer. However, the way the screens are installed is horrible- Very poorly (and ugly) designed and executed, spots where the screen isn’t even caught in the sewing so there are holes that may get worse with use, and all made from a very lightweight vinyl. I have contacted the company, and await their response, which I hope will allow me to amend my review
