I have been going here for years. I always have amazing people that take care of me here . So today I was surprised the lady doing my pedi said she already did the hot stones on me. SHE DID NOT BASICALLY TOLD ME I WAS LIEING. The owner got involved and told me she believed her. The wonderful lady who does my nails was trying to stand up for me and the owner told her to be quiet. I never imagined I'll be here writing a review... But here I am. Top Star Nail Spa you've lost a loyal client. The things that you say about people who walk out after giving you a tip for nails they didn't even like. Think about how your actions affect the other clients who are trying to have a relaxing time. Very toxic environment, unprofessional, and down right ungrateful. If you are planning on coming here, think again. Take your money elsewhere. Absolutely terrible experience at Top Stars Nails Spa. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward my baby’s mother for no reason. Instead of a relaxing visit, it turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. They clearly don’t care about their customers or how they treat people. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects you
Do NOT go to Top Stars Nails Spa. The staff were straight up rude and disrespectful. They told her she shouldn’t get what she wanted and then tried to raise the price just because they were irritated. Rolling eyes, neck attitude, and acting unprofessional the whole time. Terrible service and zero respect for customers. Save your money and go somewhere else.
