Although there was a bit of a language barrier, they were very professional and I didn’t have to explain too much what I wanted them to do. We were very happy with the quality of their work :)
Top Star has an incredible house cleaning service. They were very thorough in cleaning our entire home from top to bottom. Our home hasn't been this clean since we moved in! Great job tackling the tough jobs too like oven cleaning and getting rid of calcium buildup in the bathrooms. We recommend them and now use them frequently to keep our home as clean as possible in light of the current covid situation.
As of two days ago I was a subcontracted cleaner with this company. However though they are always late on paying me, on top of that they would pay me a very unfair amount per job and now they are ignoring my calls and messages and they refuse to pay me an amount of $275.00 for a house that I cleaned. This evil lady by the name of Angelika refuses to pay me. She’s ignoring me.
We use Top Star cleaning services once a month to clean my mother’s house. She doesn’t like to use cleaning services but Top Star cleaning happened to be really trust worthy. The staff is friendly, professional, work fast and don’t miss any little spot. We’re always waiting for them to come back. Thanks! We had a deep cleaning appointment with Top Star.
