Contacted Bill to provide a quote for installation of some lighting in the house. He came out and was very thorough about what could be done. A few weeks went by and no quote was received. Attempted to contact Bill multiple times and he never returned our calls/texts. Would have been more than understanding if he had been upfront and transparent about not taking on the job and referring us elsewhere, however making it seem like you will take on a job and then just ‘ghosting’ potential clients is really unprofessional.
