Worst nails ever, had them done last night and had a broken nail by 7am next morning, have gone elsewhere to get them re done. Also if you have sick staff members done let them come e to work and cough all over customers, just gross 🤢
This place is now turned into Star nail Chatswood. This has to be the worst nail salon inside the Westfield. I got my nails done two days ago shellac on my toes and it has already chipped. Never in my life have I had a chip within two days! Ridiculous quality used. Never go here! Do not recommend so many other better salons within the Westfield
Today I had a good experience - unlike some other reviewers. I was leisurely and not in a rush, so the 20 min wait for my spa pedi wasn’t an issue. The lady was gentle, and did my nails expertly. Will definitely go back!
