This company were great to deal with. The manager really knows his stuff on the design side and took all the time we needed to understand what we were buying. The technicians did the installation and were both highly professional and very friendly. Highly recommended.
The office manager is fantastic. Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and runs dispatch like a well oiled machine. I had a technician at my house within 24 hours of calling for service. Could have been same day if we would have been available at the opening time. She worked with my warranty company also. The technician who came out knew what he was doing and had me back up and running in under 30 mins.
The technician did a fantastic job with my air conditioning. Arrived at a time that suited me. Did exactly what was required, and at a good price. Highly recommended.
The technician and the team installed two multi split systems, replacing old non functioning units. Excellent service from start to finish. Price was very competitive, they turned up when they said would, and delivered the job to spec on time. The team was also very friendly and respectful of our home. Highly recommend.
