incredibly overpriced
Willie is great, but I just don't feel like I've gotten the best service. For diagnostics, they said the wiper switch was bad. So after replacing it, I tested the old with a multimeter and it was good and the root cause ended up being something else completely. Which is fine. But the attitude I received when I informed them was just uncalled for.
