I've dealt with so many contractors who disappear after you sign, but Top Shield Construction is different. They texted me the morning of the estimate, showed up on time, gave a detailed written quote with no pressure, and the foreman checked in daily. The communication alone is worth 5 stars. The roof looks fantastic too!
What I appreciated most about Top Shield was their help with my insurance claim. After wind damage, Jordan met with my adjuster personally and made sure everything was covered. They handled all the paperwork and installed a beautiful new roof in less than 2 days. Professional, thorough, and truly trustworthy. 10/10 experience.
I had a major leak during the last storm and called Top Shield Construction in a panic. Jordan picked up immediately and had a crew at my house in Elmwood Park the same day. They found the issue in 20 minutes, fixed the flashing, and did a full inspection. No upselling, just honest work. If you need emergency roofing in NJ, these are the guys. Highly recommended!
We bought a fixer-upper and knew the roof was original from the 90s. The whole process felt overwhelming, but this team made it easy from start to finish. They walked us through every option without any high-pressure sales tactics. The crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and cleaned up like they were never there.
Top Shield Construction did an excellent job with my roof replacement! The team was professional, used quality materials, and completed the work on time. My new roof looks great, and I highly recommend them to anyone in New Jersey looking for reliable roofing contractors. - Charlotte M. - NJ
