I don’t usually participate in surveys and ratings, but this business is so amazing that I must. I just wanted my windows cleaned, but what I got was so much more, amazing customer service! The response to my request was almost immediate, the estimate was also almost immediate and well within the expected rate. The appointment was scheduled less than a week out and the workmanship was top notch. Communication, both text and email, was useful and timely. I have not worked with a business like this in years!
Hank was extremely kind and had the best manners, the amount of gratitude cannot be described. When he serviced my home in Franklin he left the windows absolutely spotless and sparkling along with a windows screen cleaning which helps with my allergies. Top Shelf kindly entertained my pet’s while doing his work after I asked if they were in his way and he replied with “absolutely not I love animals” then went about his job. 10/10 service and he’ll be the only person keeping my windows clean.
Very responsive and a fair price! Did his research, communicated quickly and clearly, and quick to boot. Really enjoyed working with Hank!
