I booked them hoping for a professional window cleaning, but the results were far from what I expected. Several windows were still streaky, and I had to point out areas they missed. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail.
I was very pleased with top shelf window cleaning, they were on time and did great work!
The team arrived late and seemed rushed the entire time. The quality of cleaning didn’t match the rate they charged. Some windows looked almost the same as before. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t use their service again.
The service itself was okay, but communication was a real issue. I tried contacting them multiple times to confirm the appointment and got no reply. Even on the day of service, they didn’t inform me about delays. Very unprofessional.
