We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced by Top Shelf. They did a fantastic job and we have been very pleased. We are also pleased with the service call we received last week. Our technician was excellent and very professional. He took plenty of time to answer our questions and explain in terms we could understand. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

The technical, Chris, arrived when expected. He was very personable and explained what he was doing both during and following his maintenance. Very happy with this company!

Kelly came by today to take a look at our furnace. He was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was and provide us with options and got us scheduled for additional service right away. Thanks for the prompt response today and great customer care.
