To say that Top Shelf is amazing is an understatement. Our AC unit broke over the two days with 100 degree weather. They came to fix it on their day off and did such an amazing and thorough job! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Our A/C was 15 years old and we called Top Shelf to come diagnose it when it went out. The technician was super knowledgeable and really helpful in investigating the issue and offering suggestions. It was determined that the system was working as it should but we had a major leak in our system draining all the coolant. He explained that we could fill the coolant and he would come back in a couple weeks to confirm how big the leak was.
