I've recently had some problems with a relatively new furnace. Since I used Top Shelf to install my new A/C this summer and was pleased with their work and I called them to come out and look at my furnace. They came right out and ordered the parts we needed so we were only without heat for a matter of hours. Their timeliness and expertise was really appreciated.
