John returned our phone call immediately and was out to repair our washer the next morning. He made quick work of it and the price was same as quoted over the phone. Very nice to have a honest and skilled technician to rely on.
John himself was very nice - unfortunately, I'm not sure his diagnosis was correct or useful (and cost us 110.00 bucks). He had told us something was wrong with the motor on our dryer and that even though it spins it was receiving incorrect voltage to both make it spin and heat it up. Long story short, the repair was expensive, so we decided to just get a new one. Placed an order, and what do you know - now the dryer is heating up fine...not sure if it's a fluke or not, but it seems to be working perfectly at the moment....s... read more

John was out of town at a graduation when I left him a voicemail. He called me, anyway, and just left after fixing the ice maker. I was very happy with the service he provided. Very professional and timely. I would definitely call him again if I need service on any of my appliances.
