I cannot say enough about Shawn’s Auto Repair: honest, reliable, high integrity, and very accommodating. The way a small business should be.
I brought my car in to fix a trunk that wouldn't open. The staff told me it was due to a loose cable, and after reconnecting it, the trunk seemed to work fine—for a few days. Then the exact same issue came back. Frustrated, I did some research on my own and even consulted ChatGPT, which suggested the problem might be a weak battery. Had a great experience today at Top Shaw Auto Repair. They were able to squeeze me in to a busy schedule and managed to diagnose and fix my suspension issue quickly. The owner, Shahriar, was professional and respected my time and concerns. He was straightforward with pricing and informative about the issue and solution. I was also very impressed with his mechanics Hassan and Mehdi. They are good good guys!
