I never cared for Kim, she’s rude, loud, and unprofessional. She’s terribly annoying but I dealt with her because she was good at her job. Perhaps this nail salon is too familiar and you think it’s okay to carry on the way you do. It’s not okay. I’m not your friend, I’m a customer who expects to be treated with respect and hospitality. Both of which you deeply lack. Anna - you lost a customer today because of Kim.

We traveled an hour plus to reach this salon. It was almost 10 years ago that I experienced the expertise of Lee for pedicures and manicures. Long story short, I reconnected with her at Top Rose Nail 2. Had my pedicure and my husband experienced a Spa Pedicure, I had to wake him up twice. Anna has been my go-to for gel manis and pedis for years—her work is always flawless! The entire team is warm, friendly, and always brings a fun, positive vibe.

I had to write this review because I can't keep my mouth shut about what are completely unacceptable practices. I found this place while going on a nice walk one day and decided to try it out. I have become pretty unimpressed with most nail salons because they are always hurting your hands or giving you cuts etc. Sometimes these are minor but still my hands are always sore, having a lot of issues so I almost completely gave up.
