Fantastic customer service. Amy, Stevie, Mario, and Evar were all superb throughout the whole process. They were communicative and transparent from the beginning to the end.
I cant say enough good things about this company. They deliver on their promises. They communicate clearly, and provide quality work. I have used them twice now for different areas of my roof and know i will use them again if i need another area repaired. If they find additional things that need repairing they will give you drone photos showing the damage then you can decide if you want them to repair those areas or leave it as is. If you want someone you can trust, don’t use this company. They gave me a competitive quote, then changed the story and pressured me into paying thousands more. Roof measurements & plywood - My home is 1,300 sq ft (built in 1955 with 1x6 boards). - They claimed my roof was 2,800 sq ft, which didn’t make sense. - I made them re-measure with me present — it was 2,600 sq ft (still generously over-measured for waste). - That correction alone saved me about $500.
