Horrible job these contractors left cigarettes and nails all over the ground beside our homes that is a fire hazard. removed siding and didn't use anything to protect the walls there were wires sticking out, It rained right after they left. Used our stuff without permission. Used our drums as garbage bins. No respect at all. Just shovelled and threw all our stuff out of place.Â
Top Roof was recommended to us by a neighbour. They came to replace a vent cover that had blown off our roof during a windstorm. It turned out that it was another neighbour's vent cover, but they kindly replaced it for that neighbour anyway. We worked with Kevin and Stacey. They were both professional, responsive, and communicative. We recommend them, and will use their services in the future.Â
Thank you to Nick for coordinating and Kevin and helper for reattaching a piece of siding that had become dislodged. They were all professional, courteous and diligent in making sure that the problem was repaired and wouldn’t happen again! Excellent service from an excellent company and team!!!!Â
