The manager Joyce Instructed her secretary to throw away a title that was shipped to out property with tenants. The secretary insisted that the mail looked important. Joyce was angry at the time and demanded that it get thrown away. The front desk lady hid the mail and called and delivered it in person to me. I am so grateful.
