I am a homeowner selling my property. Eric had a showing at 9 AM at my house. I told him I was going to work at 7:30am, but I would turn on all the lights for him, Eric said that he would “lock the house” after the showing. I assumed he would turn off all the lights. I would not use Teri Gilnack or Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties again for leasing services. In my experience, I paid a leasing fee but still handled much of the marketing, lease preparation, and tenant coordination myself. I also had difficulty obtaining complete leasing and move-in documentation, and some records I received were incomplete or missing signatures.
