This individual should not be trusted and he will try to make a sale at any cost possible. He will lie to you about the conditions of the house and is very misleading in his practices. He comes off as wanting to help and making the process as stress free as possible by offering a lawyer and inspector. The house he sold me did not have clearance to be occupied and I am still stuck in the process of having the house pass inspection to be occupied. The Realtor are trained to do all they can to provide a good house purchase experience. I know a few Sales Agent at this office and they go above and beyond to help the client achieve the American dream of home ownership. Definitely recommend their services.
