I called several roofing companies to help me with my attic ventilation (I had none). Top Rated Roofing was by far the best price, and the most thorough talking through the best options for me. Top Rated Roofing completed our new roof today, 07/09/2025, and they definitely lived up to their name. Communication throughout the process from inspection to completion was fantastic, with Roney P (owner) making multiple trips to house to up tarps, provide samples, and to make sure all supplies were delivered prior to installation. We had a bad storm last night and unfortunately saw some wet spots on our ceiling. I called a few roofing companies and Roney/Top Rated Roofing was the easiest to talk to and found the time is his busy day to stop by. He not only diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes but was able to resolve it on the spot. I will definitely be calling him again for any and all roofing jobs! Thanks!
