Went for years and the service was always bad. Many times other customers would get to go before me because I didn't speak Spanish and because the haircuts were so nice I'd just keep waiting until she seemed forced to take care of me. After awhile she remembered me but would start making excuses why I needed to come back or she couldn't cut my hair. She didn’t even want to attend me and kept making excuses to not cut my one year olds hair and told me to come back 2hrs later and I called to come in and she still made up an excuse again
