The weekend after closing my carpeted "finished basement" flooded and John Vincent, the selling agent, would not respond to my agent. We tried to contact him after the second time, again no response. Dishonest. The seller had set up frame and drywall around walls that leaked with no remediation for water coming in. It was disclosed that there was no previous leaks in the basement. Yeah right, it's happened 4 times already. Dishonest, who cares?! Got paid!
