I’ve never encountered a company with so many excuses. Every time something went wrong — a leak, a delay, a poor installation — they blamed the weather, the supplier, or even me for ‘not understanding the process.’ They take no responsibility for anything. I spent over $10,000 on a roof that started leaking after the first storm, and all I’ve gotten are empty promises and voicemail responses. It’s always ‘we’ll look into it,’ but no one ever does. Stay away from these people — they’re all talk and no accountability.
They started my roof replacement and left halfway through, saying they ran out of materials. I was told they’d be back in two days, but they didn’t return for almost two weeks. During that time, my attic got soaked from rain because parts of the roof were still exposed. When I called to complain, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. The damage to my insulation and drywall was completely avoidable. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional project management. They clearly take on more jobs than they can handle.
Top Quality Home Renovation provided a reasonable estimate and delivered excellent service. They were thorough in cleaning up debris from both the front and back yards, and completed the job on time. Overall, they did a great job and were professional throughout the process.
Ivan recommended by a neighbor replaced our roof. I could not be more impressed. Ivan is extremely responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. The work crew were polite, skilled and worked in a safe manor. Pricing was reasonable with no surprises. I would without hesitation recommend him.
The owner Ivan arrived on time did great work and gave me a great price. Once the job was complete they made sure all nails and debris were cleaned up. I would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends and family.
