Used Ivan and his team for two recent projects, replacing rotted fascia boards around the house and rebuilding an aging deck. Ivan was very responsive throughout, easy to reach, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once we finalized the scope, both projects were completed quickly and on schedule, and the quality of the work came out great. I would absolutely work with Ivan and his crew again and recommend them for similar projects.
Ivan and his crew installed 5 deck posts with footings for a fair price. They were on time and left no mess. Ivan is knowledgeable and explains step by step what has to be done. Im sure we will be calling him back for other projects.

I’ve never encountered a company with so many excuses. Every time something went wrong — a leak, a delay, a poor installation — they blamed the weather, the supplier, or even me for ‘not understanding the process.’ They take no responsibility for anything. I spent over $10,000 on a roof that started leaking after the first storm, and all I’ve gotten are empty promises and voicemail responses. It’s always ‘we’ll look into it,’ but no one ever does. Stay away from these people — they’re all talk and no accountability.
