Top Quality Doors is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable on any garage door needs you might have. I appreciate having a reliable and honest company I can call for any garage door or gate operation needs I have.
Had a weekend emergency situation happen at 6 pm hour. Called Top Quality, they arrived within 30 minutes. They got my door repaired, back on the track and working within a very short time, maybe 15-20 minutes. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them and certainly would call them again if in need!
I had an emergency and the nice person I talked to said someone could help me secure the door for $125. The person that came out gave me an estimate but before he secured the door he said it would be $400 to close the door. I was not told that up front so I declined. I paid $125 for an estimate. (My previous garage door was installed when home was built in 1999) In April 2023, after tornado damage to my garage door had to be entirely replaced. Quality Door was recommended by my roofing contractor Ambassador Construction, it took several months to get new door. 1 year & 7 months later, the new door jumped its tracks, and the tension cable came off, and there were issues with spring tension.
