My family and I decided to go with Top Quality Contractors after getting quotes from three other contractors. Top Quality came in the lowest; the material was the same. They replaced our roof, siding, and a sliding glass door. In addition, one of the owners Carl was very attentive. When trying to decide on colors for our roof and siding, he drove us around neighborhoods and explained the different types of shingles and siding. Top Quality Contractors were able to get my roof done for me quickly and at a great price. When I reached out for an estimate Carl was quick to come out and meet with me. He let me know exactly what I needed and in no time the process was in motion. I can’t recommend Carl enough, especially if this is your first time making a major repair, he’s very knowledgeable and professional!
I was couldn’t be happier with my experience with Carl and Top Quality Contractors. They came right out for an estimate and gave me a great price and a timeline for when the Roofing Job would be done. The day of the job there were here when they said they would be, sent pictures of the progress and let me know of any rotten boards that needed to be replaced. I can’t say enough about Carl himself along with the service I received. I was assisting my aunt with choosing a company to replace her windows and unfortunately several companies tried to take advantage of her by trying to make her make a decision immediately or lose their “so called discount” I called Carl and he patiently explained the process was able to come out and meet with my aunt and give her a much better price for the same quality windows.
