They works with Apartment (CASTILLIAN, as other reviewers mentioned about Birchwood village, they are all belonging to same company, Western national property management) and they told the apartment to change whole carpet because they said my pet pee on it and ask us to pay over $1000.
They are used by my apartment complex(Birchwood village) when people move out to clean the carpets and when I moved out after 5 years, they lied and charged $695 towards my deposit saying because my dog pissed on the carpet, which he didn’t. They did this because my carpet was going to be replaced because I lived there for over 6 months. Since they weren’t going to make money cleaning it, they made lies to get money from the apartment.
Very professional awsome and they do a great job my carpet looks like new and dryed fast thank you
