I contacted Top Q nails before I made this review to try to reach some kind of resolution but nobody ever responded. The lack of customer service is enough to deter me from here forever. My daughter came in the other day with her hard earned baby sitting money she has been saving to get her nails done for the 1st day of school. Very poor. Constantly left my pedicure to answer the phone. Hot rocks were NOT hot. Towel wraps were Luke warm. Pedicure was sloppy. I do not recommend them as it is a waste of your time money 💵

I have gone here a few times. I usually have a pretty good experience, especially with pedicures. Yesterday was awful though. My child and I both got pedicures. I have paint all over my toes, not just my nails, but the skin also my nail is not only crooked but jagged. I also got dip done. There was a very bad language barrier. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted. It was very simple, pink nails with glitter pink on two of them. She was not understanding. My nails are all crooked and all of them are different lengths.
