Made an appointment to view a property that was available immediately, only to drive from Colorado Springs up to Stapleton & the tenant was still living there... no realtor in sight. I called the office (and dealt with a very pleasant woman, ironically named Felicia) and was notified that I was emailed about cancelling my showing. I checked & sure enough...
