Made an appointment to view a property that was available immediately, only to drive from Colorado Springs up to Stapleton & the tenant was still living there... no realtor in sight. I called the office (and dealt with a very pleasant woman, ironically named Felicia) and was notified that I was emailed about cancelling my showing. I checked & sure enough... I had an email 15 minutes before the showing to cancel. Instead of calling, and notifying me and offering for me to see other properties... They sent an email. A woman wa... read more
