It was a little confusing to make an appointment. I booked on line then I was getting emails looking to book an appointment. Raj the realtor was very pleasant and informative. Confirmed the application was received and gave me a good timeline to expect an answer.
Tried to deal with them for seeing a rental unit. They were very unprofessional and rude in their interactions, and gave me only a two hour time frame in the middle of working hours during the week to view. When I asked if there were any other options they were very rude and said I was “being a huge inconvenience”
Horrible company
Longtime renter with Top Producers (from 2018-current). Kristy, Tania, Raj and team have always been kind, prompt and professional with me. Even in times of crisis (re:repairs), they were level-headed and fast-acting. Time and time again, they have proved themselves reliable and worthy of trust. I rented a condo from Top Producers for about a year and a half. All the girls treated me with the utmost respect, answered my inquiries quickly and dealt with any issues in a timely manner. They were all friendly and just super people to deal with!
