Terrible company. Owners, beware: if you want your tenants to hate you, hire this company to break the law on your behalf. Don’t forget that when you hire a property manager, they take on 0% of the liability when a tenant takes you to court over their illegal conduct. You’ll be the one facing the consequences not them. The best part? They’ll happily invoice you for all of it. Do not rent from this company, and certainly do not trust them to manage your property.
