Rented a room studio at the heart of Canmore. Aiden Cheng is the most helpful, friendliest and most attentive to our needs. Very accommodating and assisted us in every step of the way from checking in to checking out, he made it effortless for us and made our stay in the beautiful suite he manages very convenient and enjoyable. Definitely recommend the properties he manages.
Really disappointing experience with Lucia Liu trying to rent this Calgary property. She asked for a full rental application plus much of sensitive info right away—ID, bank statements for proof of funds, credit score and then totally ghosted me. No responses to my emails or texts whatsoever. Only after I complained to the office did she bother replying and scheduling a meeting.
