Ron and his team are awesome!!! I am a property manager and Top Pro Pest Control are very prompt and have a great price point. I appreciate all they do to insure my properties are well taken care.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They came to do my quarterly service on a very cold Saturday. The next morning I had no water due to the door to my crawl space being left open by the Top Pro technician. I was able to resolve this by going under the house with the hair dryer to thaw out the pipes. I called the owner, Ron, to explain what happened and thought at the very least I would get an apology and I wanted to make sure this didn't happen to someone else. They started off doing a fair job but it was always an issue to get our inside service done that was part of cost. They would service the outside and just put invoice on door without coming inside so I would always have to call to get them to come back out to get inside done. It was never easy to get the full service that I paid for as I always had to fit there schedule instead of me the paying customer fitting mine. This company absolutely has the best customer service I have ever experienced! period. They really know how to treat their customers. I met Ron "owner" a few years back… he has been servicing my family and my relatives ever since. Anyone who chooses TopPro Pest control will be completely satisfied. He uses all the same chemicals as the High Priced big companies, but provides so much more value at a much better price.. It just makes sense to use these guys...
