2/15/2025 Update: My documentation was finally submitted on 2/5/2025 after payment was received for the service on 7/26/2024. When starting services with business they were communicative and helpful however as I continued to compile documents and pay for these services they became less and less communicative. I was told to correspond with the IRS on my own and they confirmed they did not receive documents from Shawnta. She has not offered a refund or help in regards to these services as they are not complete.
Outstanding customer service .. best tax group I’ve ever encountered …
