What a wonderful company! Please read because my situation can happen and you should know just how great these guys are to resolve issues. Top pitch customer service starts with the amazing owner and funnels throughout the company. I had a complete new roof installed and unfortunately received defective shingles. I hired Top Pitch to replace my roof and deck and they did an awesome job. Daniel was personable, professional, and easy to work with. He listened, and was very patient with me as I asked a multitude of questions. Daniel walked me through the entire process and collaborated with my insurance company to make sure I got what I needed.
