Will not use again. Jobs paid for: 8 standard windows and a small window for the master bathroom, smooth ceiling with new drywall in the hall, living room, dining room and add 8 recessed LED lights, while they had old popcorn ceiling down remove all attic insulation, mount reclaimed barn wood for mantle and add a 4 plug outlet above mantle for TV. These men showed up at my house unannounced with a ladder and got on my roof!! Then they lied to me and said the owner of the house sent them! Then they lied and said I had a roof Leak! This is NOT OKAY to show Up to someone home and get on the dam Roof!! Then they walked around to my back yard ! Without permission ! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! So as of right now I can say u PUT a hole in my roof!! And let’s be clear my Camera got everything!! Don’t come back to my home !
We had Top Pitch put our roof on and we cannot thank-you guys enough. So thankful that Ellen showed up at our door. We didn’t even realize that our insurance would pay for a new roof from previous storm damage. Ellen was polite, kind and hardworking, she answered all of our questions.
