The good thing is that it was close to where I live. The bad part is that they charge A LOT. Also, Julio didn’t manage my case very well. They were going to keep my truck for two nights even though I told them I needed it to pick up my son from the airport. Apparently the mechanic’s lunch break comes first. Luckily the mechanic was nice and did his best for me. I definitely over paid though.
Top Performance is like family to us, because of the way they care of our beloved Yappy (our Mini Cooper) - She's important to us and Top Performance treated her as important. Eric and all took great care of us the whole time she was in care there.
My truck would not start. I jumped it, got it going, called Top Performance (where I have been servicing my Tacoma for a long time) and spoke with Julio. He was super helpful and told me to bring it in. I parked in the lot and it died again. Julio got me in that day and replaced my battery. Appreciate the fast and friendly service (even without an appointment).
They were efficient, diagnosed and repaired some issues. However, the issue still persists and they did not hesitate to prey on an unsavy customer. Moderate to high pricing. Staff may be good, management is probably unethical in their procedures. Will no longer conduct business here. 1. Had an electrical tail light issue and other brake fluid issues that were $180 to diagnose then they discounted 50% of diagnostic cost after repair.
