Top Performance got our jeep in fast and replaced the water pump the next day. Very reasonable prices, recommended by my friend and they delivered, in my opinion.
Normally always good. But do tend to charge some heavy rates on simple fixes. Wife dropped off the car for a $75 oil change. Left with a bill for 586.63 because they replaced a single sheared tire stud. No way that took almost two hours.
I found them to be nice and professional. Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, had it all done in about an hour.
The good thing is that it was close to where I live. The bad part is that they charge A LOT. Also, Julio didn’t manage my case very well. They were going to keep my truck for two nights even though I told them I needed it to pick up my son from the airport. Apparently the mechanic’s lunch break comes first. Luckily the mechanic was nice and did his best for me. I definitely over paid though.
