Rude workers, yell, overcharged me twice, charged my card and my insurance. Made me uncomfortable and sad. I'm in shock how Rude and degrading their words were to me and their dishonest taking money! Be aware & be careful if you go there. I absolutely am going elsewhere!
Very rude, the receptionist stated who cares about protocol, she made me pay out my pockets and pay $150 for my moler. She said my implant would cost $2018.00 so my next visit I had to pay $1000 but I told her I had Anthem so she took my insurance down. When I came back for my second appointment I told her my insurance covered some of the procedures but due to language barriers she couldn’t understand, however when she spoke to my insurance agent she got mad and understood everything!
