Goran was incredible. When the garage's torsion springs broke on a Sunday evening, he immediately came to help, ensuring the car was out for the next day's work. True to his word, he returned the following day to install the new springs.
I called Goran yesterday to enquire about my garage door wall switch. From the get-go I could tell he genuinely wanted to help find a resolution to my issue and was not in for a quick buck. He was very patient over the phone and walked me through different troubleshooting methods that I could try myself. Goran was very friendly and authentic to interact with and extremely helpful.
