amazing service and great people at the desk, 10/10
We had a nice vacation here. The place is toddler-friendly and the hospitality was excellent. They were extremely helpful, accommodating our requests for an early check-in and late checkout. They were also very proactive with communication and easy to reach via text. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if we're back in Aspen.
The room cleanliness needs improvement. For three consecutive days, both my husband and I have been bitten by some unknown insects, leaving red, itchy swellings, which has seriously affected our sleep quality.
The TVs were broken, they refused to give us washcloths (had to call 3 times), they repeatedly sent people who did not speak English to ask us what we need, the cold water was scalding, and there was no shower liner. This was not worth the $300 a night. All of the food/gas/activities nearby were incredibly expensive. Unless you're making six figures, this trip is not worth it.
