It was my families first time there. The food was good, price was good, HOWEVER...very unsatisfied with our service. Waited about 15 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge we were there as we watched other people be seated and helped within minutes. Our waitress NEVER asked us how our food was, my husband got the all you can eat fish & the guy bringing food out ended up helping us more with my husband getting more fish, our waitress never asked if we needed refills had to ask someone else and she was very unfriendly, s... read more

I have looked into this to resolve this so it doesn't happen again. The back room had a schedule conflict with the appropriate section with the correct server. I am sorry. Also the bus boys are trained to get drinks as well. They are tipped out.

We were there on Sunday. At first we thought nobody wanted to take our order when finally a young lady came and said it wasn't her table but she did wait on us! Even though, she forgot our drinks, she was very pleasant and nice. The baked scrod is the best!
