The reviews about mold, infestations, and unethical/illegal/unprofessional management are all true, especially if you are BIPoC or disabled. They have let a problem get so bad in the building with alot of disabled people in it that if not for a disabled tenant they consistently harassed, we all likely would have died in the resulting fire. Naturally, of course, the property manager still has not fixed this issue. This is why I will always call them slumlords. It's because they are.
