Edited (1.2 years living here). An Okay Place to Live (3/5). I’ve lived here for over a year, and overall, it's been an okay experience balancing costs, amenities, location, etc. (not the best, not the worst). My favorite part is the view from my apartment, which faces Camelback Mountain. The leasing office staff used to be responsive and always willing to help with any concerns or requests (Poleth has been great throughout, but management has changed constantly, which hasn't been beneficial for the community). Living here has been an incredibly disappointing experience. What should be a clean, safe, and comfortable place to call home instead feels neglected, poorly managed, and lacking even the most basic standards of care and responsibility. Cleanliness is a major issue. Common areas are not maintained to an acceptable standard, and the overall condition of the property raises serious questions about management’s priorities. I'm moving from Georgia and I was checking out apartments near my job when I came across the Curve at Melrose. My mom and I decided to stop in and ask some questions. Leasing agent Sierra answered every question we had and she gave us an amazing tour of the property. She is very kind and we appreciated the very detailed cost sheet she gave us. Sierra is excellent, and if you happen to stop in, ask for her!
