Beware! Before you decide to move in please know you must have current car tags or they will tow you . It’s bad enough the rent is super high, the place is really run down in the last few years, carpets are stained and the elevator you gotta share with the trash bins .
1/3 of the elevators have been out of commission for multipul weeks, (hopefully you are not disabled as that creates an undo burden) gates are constantly non operational, fire pit has been borke for years, lighting fixtures in the halls hanging by wires. Gym is bare bones. Minimal weights. All while chagring every resident 50$ in "cam fees" each month: over 120,000 a year combined. When PB Bell manage the complex everything was tip top. Since AMC took over 5 years ago, the place is literally falling apart.
My husband and I truly loved our time living here! Even though we were only here for 6 months before heading off on our new European adventure, it quickly felt like home. Alicia and Poleth in the front office were always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, they really made the experience that much better. I’ve had a positive experience living here! Alicia & the team are very friendly and responsive.
Other residents are very nice, great location to live at, fairly quick for resolving maintenance issues, office staff listens to residents' inputs, and very communicative with the onboarding process. I do think the dog park needs more attentive and consistent care, it smells bad. Especially with it heating up and getting closer to summer, the pool should probably have more regular maintenance.
