I love living here! Honestly, it's one of the best places I've lived. The staff is always helpful and easy to work with. Sierra and Poleth have always been there whenever I've needed anything, and Jericho and Ray have been great about work orders taken care of. If you're looking at older reviews, just know those were from the previous management and maintenance team. I lived in this community for two years and, unfortunately, watched it go from what I thought was my dream apartment community to one that consistently disappointed me. One of the biggest issues is the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Considering the rental rates are relatively high for the area, I expected a much higher standard of day-to-day upkeep. DO NOT RENT, I am over this place...the building is not secure, the people who live here do not respect the community and leave their dog waste everywhere including allowing their pets to urinate in the hallways. There is nothing luxury about this place. Security is a joke as multiple doors are not secure. The hallways usually have a bad smell. The pool is advertised as heated but it is not currently and does not seem to be cleaned. I cannot wait for my lease to end!
