food was great, service ok, however, i paid with a debit card. my total was $42.09, i told the cashier to add $7.91 for a tip, for a total of $50. i checked my account today, i was charged $54!!!! i think that's illegal! it's unethical for sure

Just ate at the Top O The River. We weren't to hungry so we shared the River Boat Special. It was ok, the hush puppies were hard as a rock. The fish was extra greasy. We wanted an one extra tarter sauce for the fish but was told it would be a extra charge because we only ordered on plate. Really, I didn't complain. The waiter said he would ask the manager. He brought back one, but I told him to take it back. Probably want be going back.

now they charge 14.95 for river boat special! four people have to share one pan of cornbread! you have to pay 2.25 for extra! plus 2.25 for extra cole slaw with hardly any mayo in it! I will go to catfish cabin , lots of food for the money. maybe we should take up donations for top of river. they must be struggling!
