This is the 3rd location we have dined at. The food and service is as great as the Gadsden and Anniston locations. We had a large crew of 20 and service was great. It seems like this location was a bit larger and had more space than other 2. I love the food, greens, cornbread, slaw, hush puppies, onions and catfish best around. One negative, Imitation Crab meat was horrid. I would remove that from menu. I wouldn't feed that to the fish in the picturesque Lake Guntersville. I place a to go order , picked up , took home , and wrong yet again . I would love to say something positive but this happens to us every time we order a to go order.
My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary last night with family and friends. The restaurant is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. So happy we decided on Top Of The River last night

Had my first and hopefully last experience at your restaurant today. The most unfamily friendly place I have been in a long time. My wife and I walked in with a 5 month old and a two year old and we were never offered highchairs.....I had to ask if you even had any.....then when told you did have them that wasn't hint enough to your servers I had to request two of them and was still only given one. Then when I needed to change my daughter I was told you had nowhere for a man to change the diaper of a child. Your location is ... read more
I think the food is great and the service is wonderful! It is a great place to eat!
We love this place. Have been there twice when visiting the area for family reunion.
