My husband and I decided to spend the afternoon in Guntersville Saturday. We were excited to eat at Top Of The River. First they bring you out a cup of slaw, onions and cornbread. We are used to sweet cornbread so this did nothing for us. Then I was going to order cheese sticks for appetizer but that don't serve marinara sauce. �. That's fine it's a seafood restaurant. We ordered our meal which was good and I ordered a baked potato and asked for cheese on it. Guess what? They don't have cheese. �
Wonderful food and atmosphere. Our waiter, Lee, was great which made the evening that much better. My only complaint is that I couldn't finish all of my food.
My waitress Victoria Carr was very attentive and timely with everything we requested! I want to say thank you to the staff for singing me a birthday song! Very sweet!!!
The food was great as always. Service was great. Can't wait to go back. Love their greens and cornbread. Always eat to much. But it's so good.
I got the broiled catfish and shrimp kabob both were overcooked very small portions for the price. Cornbread was wonderful, coleslaw was good overall it was fine just not as good as I expected
