Top Notch Tree Service LLC took down a tree at my office in Ellicott City, MD. Their guys were really good. The removal went well. However, the stump wasn't removed, nor was the money that was paid for it returned. In entering a business relationship with this company, they have been anything but responsible, professional, or considerate.
Ryan and this crew cut my huge tree down. Very professional, reasonable and quick. Calls and emails always answered within 24 hrs. Way to go guys.
