Laura has a fantastic energy and a positive attitude that is a powerful influence for any child. A hard and persistent worker, she is always a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful place! My son is excited to go every week. Laura and her staff are very passionate about exercise and proper training techniques in younger kids. Can't say enough good things about this place I wish I had had this type of facility when I was growing up to properly learn how to exercise without injury.
My son started training with Coach Laura over the summer to keep him in shape during the off-season for baseball and to improve his flexibility and speed. He has loved training and it has really improved his overall athleticism. He even convinced his younger sister to join him and now she enjoys it as well and works hard to fit it in between her other sports practices.
