A complete nightmare experience. 7mths and counting still no plates and registration. I will now have to go and apply for a duplicate title as I own the vehicle. Excuse after excuse if you read reviews run fast from this company! A complete disaster and waste of my time!
If I could rate this business a zero I would. This woman is far from being a professional. She has zero customer service skills. She has supposedly been getting my tags, and title for the last 8 months.
Working with this title company has been nothing short of disappointing. I purchased my car from a dealership back in June and they contracted Sabrina for my paperwork. That was in JUNE. The first week of June. It is almost 5 months later and I still do not have my plates. The manager at the dealership got frustrated with hounding them for plates, so she gave me their information however after checking in continuously on my plates, not only do I STILL not have my plates, but the lady stopped answering my texts. Very very professional and rapid customer service. Top Notch was knowledgeable and was able to give me options on fixing my title problems!!!!
