We had a terrible experience with this title company. As buyers, we were treated poorly from the beginning. Communication was almost nonexistent — they refused to provide updates, ignored our questions, and made the process unnecessarily stressful. Their staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely unprepared to handle a real estate transaction.
