We had a terrible experience with this title company. As buyers, we were treated poorly from the beginning. Communication was almost nonexistent — they refused to provide updates, ignored our questions, and made the process unnecessarily stressful. Their staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely unprepared to handle a real estate transaction. Recommended by a close friend, our experience with Top Notch was very streamlined. We weren’t expecting fireworks nor acrobatics, just a robust support system to our very first property closing. Top Notch delivered precisely that. You will get nervous and have a lot of questions, but worry not Claudia will answer them on a timely fashion.
We bought our first home in March 2024. Our realtor TRULY knew how to pick a title agency. Claudia and her team (including Leyza who closed with us) were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional throughout the whole process and provided me with lots of valuable education. Not gonna lie..their beverage cooler at closing was also amazing!!!
