This place is nothing like MVP Fitness here in Rockford. For one, it's like 1/4 of the size (it's also 1/4 of the price, maybe less!) Top Notch isn't like a full-size gym where you come & go as you please, that's open 24/7. It's more like a smaller "fitness studio" where you come in for group classes or one-on-one lessons from a personal trainer, at a scheduled time. My husband and I have been going to this gym recently and are enjoying it. Every workout has been challenging in the best way, and we always leave feeling accomplished. We came from a boot camp where we thought we were getting a good workout in, we were wrong. These are 45 min classes and challenge my strength and endurance every day! The coach/owner is friendly, supportive, and really helps with you form and challenges you. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great workout and a positive environment 😊💪
Got a great workout, location is right off the highway, format was set up for muscle gain or fat loss.
I have been going to Top Notch for about a year and a half now and I love it!! Dillon creates great workouts and makes it super easy to show up without needing to plan your own workout out. TN has a very caring and supportive community of gym goers. If you’re looking for a great workout and a friendly gym environment, this is a great spot.
